Shipping and Returns
Free USPS standard shipping for all orders over $100. Domestic USPS shipping is $4.99.
Current processing time is 2-4 business days before your order ships out. Shipping times on pre-orders may vary, please check product descriptions for shipping time.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
All items will be shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, CA with a tracking number. First class mail usually takes 1-4 days to arrive within the US depending on where you are located and time of year.
*Since we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, you have the option to add signature confirmation to your order if you are worried about safely receiving your order.
All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 1-4 weeks. We cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well.
*Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders showing confirmed delivery. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we will try our best to help track it down. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. You have the option to add signature confirmation for insurance.
If a package is lost, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.
Elizabeth Stone currently offers store credit on all products, with the exception of clearance sale items and earrings, which are final sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Your return must be sent within 10 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 10 days from return initiation date, your return request will be voided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your item is received and processed, you will be issued a code with the store credit.
