Domestic USPS shipping is $4.99.
Current processing time is 2-5 business days before your order ships out. Shipping times on pre-orders may vary, please check product descriptions for shipping time.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
All items will be shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, CA with a tracking number. First class mail usually takes 1-4 days to arrive within the US depending on where you are located and time of year.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please make sure your address is correctly entered into the system when you check out. In the unfortunate event your package is not delivered or stolen, please contact your local USPS.
All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 1-4 weeks. We cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well.
*Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders showing confirmed delivery. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we will try our best to help track it down. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out.
If a package is lost, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.
Elizabeth Stone currently offers returns on all products, with the exception of sale items, which are marked final sale. **Returns must be pre approved within 10 days of receiving your order.

**Please note there will be a $2.99 restocking fee for your item + .99 for each additional item returned deducted from your refund. This is non negotiable. Original shipping costs are non refundable.. A digital shipping label to print out for your return will be issued once return is approved and $4.99 will be deducted from your refund as well. Once your item is received, inspected and processed, you will be issued a refund via the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT:
We are happy to offer free exchanges and store credit. A free return shipping label will be issued to you. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, a store credit will be issued so that you may purchase it when it is back in stock.
ALL returns must be sent within 10 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unworn condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to notify us or return is sent after the 10 day allowance, your return request will be voided. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.
