Bracelet arrived and I was so impressed! But the clasp would hitch onto the bar. I was going to send it back as it’s not possible to keep it on without a secure latch. But I was annoyed at having to do so - so I carefully pushed the little latch part dii out en using a tweezer. I’m afraid to go to far and risk breaking it. It latches a bit now but is still prone to falling off. Sending back is ANNOYING!! I’ll just wear it carefully
Hi Melissa, Sounds like you received a faulty bracelet. Not the norm, but it can happen from time to time. We are always happy to send a replacement and shipping label is free. I stand behind the quality 100%. But I understand if you do not feel like sending it back, we would need you to do that in order to send a brand new one.
